Activity
Some recent concerns, raised with us for discussion and advice, have been:  

• insensitive development plans for the sports ground in Iffley Road
• planning permission for conversion to student accommodation of houses in residential areas
• the nature of preservation in Conservation Areas
• the impact on environment and community of ‘buy-to-let’ expansion
• the sale and subsequent development of Warneford Meadows, the Hospital Playing Field and Park Hospital
• inadequate city centre cleansing (especially Bonn Square and Queen Street)
• the possibility of landscaping in Cornmarket
• the CPZ scheme and parking charges
• 20 mph zones in the city
• the Ice Rink
• encroachment of the green belt
