Table Top Sale to be held in the Ferry Community Centre, Diamond Place, Summertown, Oxford, on 3rd March, from 10.00am - 12.00 pm.  Tables may be booked at a cost of £7 for non members, or £4 for members.

The City Council’s Recycling Team has been in collaboration with students of Brookes University, who have produced a video for the benefit of Oxford residents explaining the recycling process.  Called ‘The Recycling Journey’ it is available on the Council’s website at

Summertown United Reformed Church is the venue for 5 illustrated talks on Oxford’s historic buildings by John Ashdown, former City Conservation Officer.

 

On Fridays at 3pm, £5 per lecture or £20 for the series (in aid of the building fund):

 

January 13 – The historic buildings of Oxford (introduction)

February 10 – The historic City from above

March 9 – The libraries of Oxford

April 13 – College chapels and coloured glass

May 11 – Zacs for Macs and the Golden Cross Inn
